Weight gain program at fitness point is an essentially a muscle gain program. The purpose is to increase lean body mass of the individual. Weight gain is comparatively a slow process as the tissue development takes time. The workout plays a very important role in this. The diet plan includes calorie dense food items to fuel the growth and to support the workout. The diet plan emphasizes on the high protein diet to fuel muscle growth as the proteins are very important for muscle gain. All natural sources of protein are used liberally. In specific cases, as per the requirement, protein supplements are also advised. At Fitness Point we discourage indiscriminate usage of protein or muscle gain supplements as excessive protein consumption may lead to further medical complications.
